Food Service Supervisor (2 Vacancies)

Wage: Starting at $20.00/hour
Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekends

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate food service staff.
  • Train employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met.
  • Maintain records of stock, sales, and waste management.
  • Manage schedules and oversee kitchen operations.

Requirements:
-  High school diploma required.
-  Minimum 2-3 years of related experience required.

Job Duties:

  • Clean and sanitize dishwashing areas, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
  • Operate dishwashers and wash kitchen utensils.
  • Package take-out food and assist in simple food preparation.
  • Remove garbage and sweep/mop floors.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

Wage: Starting at $17.50/hour
Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Job Duties:

  • Plan menus, determine portion sizes, and estimate food costs.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies.
  • Maintain inventory and manage kitchen operations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.

Requirements:
