We are looking for a restaurant manager at your restaurant  The Roti Hut located at Scarborough ON.

Mandatory experience at least 3 years

Education: High School or equivalent experience

Good knowledge of English

Duties:

  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedules
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service



This is a full time job of at least 32 hours per week.
